While many do-it-yourself hydrogen generator kits promise to help you build a hho generator that enables you to run your car on water, it’s disappointing that almost all of them fail to mention certain important “mounting” issues that if not addressed before hand, can come back to haunt you later.

See, what many people don’t realize is that, often pre-made or pre-assembled hydrogen generators bought from online auctions or made by people worldwide for you, don’t always come with installation instructions that consider all the important “mounting” variables involved.

Here is a summary of some important issues you must consider in order to accomplish proper (safe and smart) installation of a hydrogen generator in your car.

1: Keep The HHO Unit Away From Extreme Heat

Hho fuel is safe when kept within the electrolyzer container. However, when dealing with a highly explosive gas it’s a good idea to keep your hho generator away from any part under your hood that gets very hot. In other words, do not mount it right against the exhaust manifold or radiator and make sure the unit is not touching the engine in any way. You can usually find space between the radiator and front grill which tends to be the most popular spot in newer cars. Just make sure it’s not actually touching anything that gets really hot and leave about an inch or two of space between the unit and any such area just to be sure.

2: Decide How To Mount The Unit And With What Support

Many creators of hydrogen car conversion kits and manuals tell you to use simple bungee chords to strap in your hho fuel cell device. In my experience this is a bad idea as bungee chords don’t provide enough stability to keep the hho unit from shifting or coming loose altogether. It’s better to use long metal strapping to secure it to the fiberglass bracing in the front wall of your vehicle. If you find that metal straps / clamps don’t provide enough flexibility for your set up, use long plastic tie wraps and secure it tightly by passing them through holes you make in your fiberglass front wall. You may even want to make a custom base for it out of wood so that the hydrogen fuel cell generator sits snug in it’s own exact shape. This way it can’t move.

3: Position The Unit So You Can See The Water Level Sight Tubes And Refill When Needed

Most hydrogen generators for cars use clear plastic tubes that stick out the side of them and allow you to judge the current water level. When you choose a spot to mount your hho device make sure you can see these water level tubes without straining too much. Otherwise, you could forget to refill them within the necessary time frame and cause the engine to falter. Additionally, make sure it’s in a spot that lets you easily access it in order to add water when needed. Don’t make it too hard to get to, in plain sight and easily refillable without it being a chore to do.

4: Position The Unit So You Can Access The Electrical Connections For Occasional Tightening

With constant and frequent use, the electrical connections on a hho generator can loosen up. This occurs rarely and only if the generator overheats. Make sure you can easily reach all the connections on the unit in case you ever have to adjust or tighten them. By mounting your hho device in an easily accessible spot you will be able to tighten any loose connections that may occur over time and thus have a better working hydrogen generator.

Are you beginning to see why mounting hydrogen generators in vehicles is just as important as building and installing them. Hopefully, these tips have helped you realize how important it is to make these critical “mounting” decisions before you build any do-it-yourself hho fuel cell generators, as you may need to customize the dimensions a little for them to fit and work right within your car’s available space. All the more reason why I recommend choosing a complete system that covers all the bases including proper mounting instructions that don’t leave out important information that can make or break your success.

The HHO kit might be the coolest thing to happen to cars since the convertible top! When talking about cool cars, people used to talk about striking colors, aerodynamic fenders, sexy convertible tops, or exotic, foreign brands. Due to ever-rising gas prices, cool cars have become a little more practical. These days, there’s nothing cooler in cars than the hybrid.

Not only is driving a hybrid a great way to save money at the pump, it’s also a great way to help the environment. It’s a common sense that driving a hybrid is a win-win for your wallet and the planet. But long waiting lists at automobile dealerships and hefty price tags might deter many people from getting a hybrid. Not to worry – anyone can have the benefits of a hybrid with a HHO kit.

An HHO kit is a modification to the gasoline or diesel -powered car that you already own that will allow you to transform your car into a gas-saving hybrid. Owners of cars with HHO kits installed can save up to 50% on gas. These incredible savings are available to anyone who buys a kit or a manual that shows how to build your own kit and is willing to invest a little muscle to install it. This is an investment too good to pass on.

How does a HHO kit work? Hybrids – like the Toyota Prius – use a combination of electricity and gasoline to run the motor. Instead of electricity, a HHO kit uses the world’s most abundant resource: water. Imagine having a car that uses the hydrogen in water to improve mileage! With an HHO kit, the hydrogen in the water is converted into fuel for your car. This does not mean that your car won’t still need gasoline. Cars with HHO kits still use gasoline to run, just a whole lot less of it. The HHO kit allows the car to use less gasoline because it is partially running on hydrogen. The converter pulls the hydrogen into your engine, which allows your car to increase its gas mileage by improving the efficiency of gasoline. So much less gasoline will be needed, that car owners with installed HHO kits can expect to save 10-50% on what they spend on gas. For example, a $100 monthly gas bill could instantly become as little as $50! That kind of savings could easily be converted into a nice family vacation, a new wardrobe, or a college fund. And the only thing required is an HHO Kit.

One of the best things about HHO conversion manuals like gas4free, water4gas and Simplewaterfuel for example is that anyone could follow their instructions on how to install and build a hydrogen conversion kit for their cars. It’s a simple process that only takes a few hours. It does not require extensive mechanical experience or expensive tools. Many Americans spend hours every weekend on home improvement projects. An HHO kit is like an automotive improvement project that also improves your life. In a single afternoon, any car owner can begin saving hundreds of dollars on gas. HHO kits are also easily removed from your car. If there’s a need to take the car to a mechanic, the kit can easily be removed and re-installed with no lasting effects to your car.

The HHO kit is obviously a serious improvement to consider for all car owners. The benefits are too impressive to ignore. If you’re interested in installing an HHO kit on your car, there are several places online that sell them. Gas4free, Simplewaterfuel and water4gas all sell reliable and affordable HHO conversion manuals that will get you saving gas immediately.

Prior to the net, you couldn’t do a 2 second popularity check. Now, if you want to verify the validity of something and check to see how popular it is, all you have to do is type it in a search engine.

Currently, Do It Yourself kits for improving gas mileage are skyrocketing into the stratosphere (not literally) and their use across the planet. This verified by the fact that a simple search of HHO Generator or Hydrogen Generator shows up with thousands of resutls spanning hundreds to thousands of sites and users utilizing this technology in their cars.

Did you know that for under a $100.00 you can now get a kit and install a hydrogen producing kit that is safe, efficient and only needs to be services 1 time every 2 weeks and improves gas mileage about 30% on average?

Well, that is the case. You can do a search on the net and find the hundreds of different sites that are now selling manuals that cover the complete how-to on installing these systems.

There are now oodles of manuals that are being put out on this market right now that are very well written and are filled with a great deal of information such as – how to get a large tax break when you install one, how not to void your warranty as well as how to successfully install one of these systems in your. These kits work with 99% of the cars out in general use so you are pretty safe to try them out.

It has been suprising to find that in the just the past week about 10 people who are either friends or frequented acquaintances are either modifying their vehicles or have already. It is truly amazing how the Internet allows for “word of mouth” (“word of mouth” is now actually supplanted by “word of the net”) to have such information spread so quickly.

The other surprising aspect to this has been that you can build these kits with parts that come right off the shelf from home depot. Some of the more popular kits actually use “mason jars” – high quality glass jars to hold the water. The basic parts of the rig are a battery – ie. your car battery, some wire or stainless steel tubes, a jar, water, some baking soda and a little bit of drilling, wires and tubes for the gas, some screwing things together and sha’bang! You have got yourself something that produces hydrogen for your vehicle.

Sound too simple. It is actually but that’s part of what makes it fun.

Check it out – search the net or checkout the earlier mentioned sites and you won’t be disappointed.

People are looking for ways to save on their fuel costs. Thus, people are quite curious about hydrogen. A hydrogen fuel generator will provide clean renewable energy for your automobile. Gasoline was the fuel that drove practically everything in our society. With the recent push for more environmentally friendly fuel sources, people are looking at alternatives to gasoline.

In addition, the rising fuel costs are always driving consumers and inventors to look at alternative fuel options. Many people are turning to smaller cars as well. We are all looking at ways to cut down on our fuel costs and to help the environment. Building a hydrogen fuel generator for your car is an alternative that many industrious consumers are looking at.

Hydrogen has been looked at as a possible alternative fuel for quite some time now. It is important to understand how it works. Hydrogen is a gas, and when it is added to an internal combustion engine, it will burn just like gasoline. It will reduce the amount of gas you would have to buy.

There are several problems associated with using gasoline. One is that it is quite expensive. Another problem is that not all of it is used as some of it evaporates as exhaust. A hydrogen fuel generator breaks water down into it constituent parts using electrolysis. This happens when an electrical current is sent through a specially designed piece of metal that is suspended in water. This will cause the water molecules to come apart and form oxygen and hydrogen.

The hydrogen bubbles move to the air breather from the collection chamber. From there they go to the combustion chamber where the hydrogen is ignited. These are the basics of how a Hydrogen fuel generator operates. With a gasoline engine, the exhaust is harmful to the environment. Hydrogen exhaust is steam, which is not harmful to the environment.

People with a hydrogen fuel generator report that their vehicle has more power when starting up and the acceleration was better. Overall, having one of these devices installed in your vehicle seems like a win-win situation.

The high cost of fuel is a concern to everyone today. In addition the pollution caused by our gasoline vehicles should also concern each of us. What if you could take the same vehicle you have today and double the gas mileage for that same car? Well, for less money than it takes to fuel the average SUV, you can build your own DIY hydrogen generator.

Today’s car manufacturers seem to be stuck on the battery hybrid vehicles. These vehicles are very expensive and the lifespan of the batteries is unknown. Those batteries store the excess energy which is wasted in a conventional automobile. A hydrogen generator stores that same excess energy in the form of hydrogen and hydrogen oxide gases.

In case you weren’t aware, hydrogen and hydrogen oxide are very reactive gasses. They would both prefer to burn and produce water. When mixed with a little gasoline and put into an internal combustion engine, the result is power. The only exhaust caused by the hydrogen or hydrogen oxide gases is water. There will still be some carbon monoxide produced by the vehicle using gasoline, but the amount will be significantly less that for a vehicle that is powered by gasoline only. Hydrogen and hydrogen oxide add much more power to regular gasoline.

You will find many DIY hydrogen generator kits and instruction manuals on the internet. This technology was first patented in 1916. Most of the parts you will need are available at any hardware store. Here is a partial list of what you will need: 2 wide mouth canning jars, a plastic mayonnaise jar lid, vacuum tubing and connectors, assorted nuts, bolts and washers. The total cost of the DIY hydrogen generator should be less than 65 dollars.

Why should you build a DIY hydrogen generator? First you will save money. As the price of gasoline continues to rise, imagine getting two times the fuel economy out of your same vehicle. That inefficient SUB could boost its fuel economy to 20 or 30 miles per gallon. If you already are driving a fuel efficient vehicle, imagine 30 to 60 Miles per gallon. If fuel reached back to four dollars per gallon, the savings will be even more significant.

Additionally, a DIY hydrogen generator decreases the emission gases from your vehicle. This technology could help clean the air for future generations.

Thirdly, engines equipped with a DIY hydrogen generator last longer than those that do not have one.

Tired of high gas prices? Convert your car to a hybrid using a safe and tested DIY hydrogen generator kit. Visit http://GasPriceRelief.net now for more information.
