The question is does it really work and is it a viable solution for saving money on gas? Here is the premise of the idea. Basically what happens is you can either buy or make a conversion kit which uses your engine to process the water into hydrogen fuel. I have seen many different products on the market that claim to achieve this process and I have found that yes, the process does work if done correctly.
