Additionally, to help the consumer save even more money, some provide you with details of where you can obtain your parts and materials at low cost.

For those who may need some technical advice or assistance, help is only a call or click away! Many paid guides have technical support either by telephone or email. Again keep in mind that while free is great, the free sites offer little or no technical support, leaving the consumer with nowhere to go if he/she needs help.

There are certain rules that the public, as general consumers should keep in mind. Be leery of the word “free”, research the product and make a decision based on what you’ve learned.
